SWJ Construction is owner-operator Steve Jacobe and a small crew of trusted trades, working out of Greece, NY. We're a family business — which means the person on the estimate, the person ordering materials, and the person swinging the hammer is the same person, or someone Steve has worked with for years. There's no sales department, no project manager hand-off, no sub-contractor mystery.
We do kitchen and bathroom remodels (most of our work), basement finishing, decks, and a wide mix of other interior and exterior projects across Greece, Rochester, and the surrounding Monroe County suburbs. Free estimates, fully insured, and we show up when we say we'll show up. If that sounds simple, that's the point.
What “owner-operated” actually means
- You'll always know who's on your job.
- Estimates are written by Steve, not a salesperson.
- Change orders go through Steve — no surprises at the end.
- We don't take more work than we can do well at one time.
