These terms cover your use of swjconstructionllc.com and any quote-form submissions or messages you send through it. By using the site you agree to what's below. If you don't, please don't use it.

These website terms are separate from any written contract you sign for an actual remodeling project. The signed project contract always governs the work itself.

Who we are

SWJ Construction LLC is an owner-operated remodeling contractor based in Greece, NY, licensed and insured to work on residential projects across Monroe County. The business is run by Steve Jacobe.

Information on this site

We try to keep service descriptions, photos, ranges, and timelines accurate. But every home is different, every job is different, and the cost or timeline information here is general guidance — not a binding quote. The only binding price for your project is the written estimate Steve gives you after seeing the space.

Quote-form submissions

Submitting the quote form doesn't create a contract for work, and it doesn't obligate you to anything. It tells us about your project so Steve can decide whether we're a fit and reach out to schedule an estimate. We respond within one business day.

Don't submit information that isn't yours. Don't submit anything illegal, threatening, or that infringes someone else's rights.

Project photos and content

Photos, copy, project descriptions, and the SWJ Construction name and logo are owned by SWJ Construction LLC and protected under U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view and link to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't republish, scrape, or reuse content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-party links

We link out to Facebook and a few service providers. Those sites have their own terms — we don't control or endorse what they say or do.

No warranty on the website itself

The website is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it online and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from bugs, or that every detail is current at the moment you read it.

This applies only to the website. Workmanship and materials warranties on actual projects are detailed in your signed project contract.

Limit of liability

To the extent allowed by New York law, SWJ Construction LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. If a court finds us liable for something website-related, our total liability is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any dispute about the website or its use will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Monroe County, New York.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
