SWJ Construction LLC (“SWJ Construction,” “we,” “us”) is owner-operator Steve Jacobe and a small crew based in Greece, NY. This page explains what we collect when you use swjconstructionllc.com and what we do with it. We've kept it short on purpose.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us when you reach out:

• Quote-form fields: your name, phone number, email, project address (city/zip), and the message and photos you attach.
• Email correspondence sent to steve@swjconstructionllc.com.
• Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, page visited) used only to keep the site running and spot abuse.

We don't use third-party advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or session replay tools. There is no “people-search” data broker buying or selling your information through this site.

How we use it

• To respond to your project request, schedule a site visit, and send a written estimate.
• To follow up about your project during and after the build.
• To keep simple records for tax, warranty, and insurance purposes.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information. We don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.

Service providers we rely on

A few well-known services help us run the website and the business:

• Vercel hosts the website and stores access logs.
• Web3Formsdelivers quote-form submissions to Steve's email.
• Sanity stores published project photos and blog content.
• Google Workspace handles email correspondence.

Each service has its own privacy practices. We use them only as necessary to operate the site and reply to inquiries.

Project photos

We sometimes share before-and-after photos on Facebook, on the project gallery, and in our blog. Photos never include your name, address, or identifying details. If you'd prefer your project not be photographed for these purposes, just tell Steve at the estimate visit and we'll skip it.

Cookies

The website uses essential cookies for things like remembering whether your nav menu is open. We don't set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email steve@swjconstructionllc.com with the request and we'll get back to you within a business week.

Children

The site isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we update this page, the “Last updated” date at the top will change. For material changes that affect existing customers, we'll send a note by email.
